- LA LEY GENERAL TRIBUTARIA. Durante 4 años atendiendo a dispuesto en los artículos 66 a 70 del cuerpo legal mencionado. Se aplica a la información relacionada con las obligaciones fiscales.
- LEY 10/2010, DE 28 DE ABRIL, DE PREVENCIÓN DEL BLANQUEO DE CAPITALES Y DE LA FINANCIACIÓN DEL TERRORISMO. Durante 10 años atendiendo a lo dispuesto en 25 de la ley.
